These terms apply to your use of agapay.systems, operated by Agapay Systems Inc.. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

What the website is for

The site describes our company and our products. Product descriptions, screens and figures are there to explain how the software works. Example records shown on the site use invented names, and the numbers are representative rather than any client’s actual figures. Features and availability can change; the proposal you receive from us is what counts.

Ownership

The text, design, logos and the names Agapay, Layag, Pisan, Pondo and Agap belong to Agapay Systems Inc.. Photographs credited on the page belong to their authors and are used under the licence named beside them. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Please ask before copying anything else.

No warranty

We keep the site accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the website alone without an agreement with us.
